Our Story

We’ve had this idea since 2019. No one had yet tried to transform the notorious chemical concoction that is the 1960’s toaster pastry into a real meal made from real food…until now!

The original form of the toaster pastry is smart, convenient and portable. Virtually anyone from a very young age can operate a toaster. The trick is to make one that doesn’t need chemical preservatives. If it’s real food it can’t be on the grocery store shelf. That trick took 6 years and a custom-built machine.

Back when we started we had three principles that couldn’t be compromised.

  1. Our product had to be made from real food in a size that’s a full meal for most people.

  2. It had to retain the ease of preparation, convenience and portability of the original idea as much as is possible given that it had to be frozen.

  3. The price had to be good value for a hand-held meal made from real food that’s good for humans and the people they love.

The result is TOAST-A-PIE!

Toast-a-Pie is a nutrient dense power breakfast packed with protein and healthy fats from whole eggs, cheese and butter. Each pie comes individually wrapped making them a quick and easy breakfast, lunch, after-school snack or meal to-go. Toast-a-Pie is designed for any appliance that can toast or bake. The SRP is $5.99 - $6.99 each, that’s really good value for a real-food hand-held meal.

We use cage-free eggs and because real food requires plastic our packaging is Certified Plastic Negative through rePurpose Global. For every gram of plastic we buy 2 grams are recovered from the environment for recycling.
